Criteria for choosing a warehouse management system
Before looking at price, write down your processes: the system should fit them, not the other way round.
Define what you expect from the system: location tracking, pick routing, batch control, connection to your existing software. During the trial let real operators use it; a system they do not understand will not work.
Ask about support and training too.
